They do have a habit of going down occasionally - had one that needed pumping up every time I used it! They also hang lower than a standard one when towing so can catch on bumps, unless you remove them completely.
My Pathfinder is moved on gravel with the mover and I went back to a wide non-pneumatic wheel after a while - less hassle!
