Evening All,

A beautiful summers evening and i have just attempted to erect my new fiesta awning in the garden, without the FC.... All went well and it looks fab, however...

Where do the hooks on the end of the poles fit into the FC?? There are 3 of them with a hook on?? Just didn't want to get on our hols only to find it doesn't fit my FC. There is a ten year gap between the two.

Thanks

Andy

at the apex and then where the roof meets the wall you will find holes in the main frame for the awning pole hooks to hang in.

Andy

have you checked that the zips are the same, I have a feeling they changed in the late 90's but really not sure

Angela,

Mine is a 1997 and the one i bought i think is a 2008 or 2009 in brown. I think the zip is different but im going to go to TVS with both and they are going to change the zip.

If i'm right the awning is made by Isabella and mine was by Pennine, but im probably wrong. I haven't tried the zip yet but i very much doubt it will fit.

Cheers

Andy

Just tried attaching my new 2009/2010 Isabella Awning from a 2009 Fiesta and it fits straight on. Th zips are identical. Amazing and it saves a trip to TVS.

I find this very unusual though that it had the same zip as my 1997 Fiesta, but i'm not complaining.

Thanks

Andy
