We've just received our "new" Raclet Quickstop :) It's a 2010 model in great condition.
It's taken us the afternoon to work it all out and put up the awning correctly (the "manual" is useless), however there are a couple of things that we haven't yet understood.
1) Inside the main unit there's a set of cupboards at the back end. The one on the back is smaller with a flip open top yet a completely open front:
What's the unit intended for? The open front looks like there's a purpose behind the design....
2) The cupboard on the right has a big hole on top:
What's the hole for?
3) Finally, there's no pump for the kitchen sink tap - would that have been supplied with the tent?
I think the hole is where the pipes for the sink would go for when kitchen is in the cabin and the cupboard might be for a fridge. I may be wrong, just going on pics I've seen and the Quickstop we had a tour of once

i used to have a quickstop but not sure why the one cupboard has an open front, this is a new feature.
The hole in the top of the unit is definitely for the waste/gas pipes to feed through. Also the quickstop has never came with a water pump, on mine I bought a 12v portable shower system, cheap and reliable, I took the shower of and connected the pipe to the tap on the quickstop. Hope this helps.
The gas as waste pipes come out of the bottom of the kitchen unit which is attached to the back door - I don't see how they can be related to that hole....
Once you have pitched you can remove the cooker from the backdoor and either use it on a stand (usually provided) in the awning, or lift it onto the cupboards at the back of the main unit...if you choose the 2nd option the hole is, as has been mentioned, for the water and waste water pipes.
We have a 2012 Quickstop and it is not supplied with a water pump.
The open cupboard, we use to store kitchen items in. We cover the gap when travelling by sliding in a chopping board.

'Cause how can you be grumpy,
when the sun shines out your bum!
When we looked at these at a show whilst we still had our quickstop, the dealer advised the cutout was put there as you can get a fridge to fit in the gap, so maybe the whole has something to do the cables? Raclet uk may be able to help, or Racletcharlie on here
1) As others have suggested that is a space for a fridge - I think Raclet do one that fits specifically, but others may fit.
2) The Kitchen unit can sit on here if you only have the cabin up and the holes are so you can put the gas pipes, waste water and water supply through.
3) you can buy a pump but it doesn't come with one.
