Hi I am looking for anyone that offers temporary insurance on our Pennine Pathfinder as looking to sell in August and the insurance is due today.

Current company outsources the insurance to a credit company(!) so want 25% if I cancel a monthly policy - cheeky or what!?

Anyone have any recommendations?

why not buy the insurance for a year and include it in the sale price. all the new owners will need to do is change the policy holder name and address when they buy the unit

I was wondering about a similar thing myself.  This year, the FC will come out of our very safe garage that usually has a car parked in front of the door and when it's in there, it's hitchlocked and wheelclamped as well.  When it's not in use then, it aint going anywhere.  When it comes out, it will go to France for 2 weeks and probably will return to the garage until next summer. Two weeks insurance would be ideal but cannot find such a thing.

Can't transfer the insurance to new owners.
Turned out £65 annually and cheaper to take out and pay full premium as I'd get £45 refund after 2 months.
So cheaper than a monthly plan... Nuts isn't it!
