i personally would not use them if you paid me,a few years ago we bought a raclet tt off them,brand new.was an impulse buy at the NEC show.from the moment we picked it up and left their premises we had nothing but problems with them.they had given us the wrong awning,the table was cracked,they weren't interested,we had to travel back to their shop,luckily we had stayed about 90 miles away,otherwise it would have been 400.less than 3 months after buying it,the main cabin canvas ripped,due to poor stitching at the factory,Burcroft,as they were not opening properly after october,said they wouldn't do anything until the spring of the next year.after a load of calls to them,we had to get raclet uk involved.so if you use them be careful,as as soon as they have your money,they lose interest.
