(a) do you carry a spare wheel?

(b) are your steadies in good condition?

If yes then stop, place warning triangle on road some 20 metres away,unhitch, apply brake, loosen wheel nuts, raise wheel off the ground with the appropriate steady, remove wheel, replace with spare,lower steady tighten nuts, let off hand brake, rehitch, get into car, drive off, feel smug, stop and get out, retrieve warning triangle, drive off feeling stupid. 

We have a bottle jack (now) but would (and did on first trip out!)  also drop the corner steadies so they are touching the ground as a safety measure. As a last resort then use the steadies to raise wheel slightly off the ground but this can damage them and possibly twist chassis so is a last resort

Having a spare wheel is obviously pretty important for all of this however!
