Hello to all on the Forum :), i have a problem that someone might be able to help with, i have a Pennine Pullman 1998, i have space to store but wanted to know if you can get any type of frame that allows you to store the outfit on its side, i have seen them for Conway trailer tent but have not been able to find anything suitable for the Pennine, does anyone know if at all a bracket excists or where i might be able to get one, i dont want to use a storage area as i have done so before with my caravan at a cost of £550 a year, if i could store on its side it would give me plenty of room for getting past to the front door instead of the sideway shuffle i do now, any help would be greatfully received.

Kind regards

David

The answer to your question is no,the unit would be far too big and heavy to tip onto its side for a start, Conway trailer tents are a lot lighter.

regards.

Some TT farmework is specifically made to allow them to be stored on their sides.

FC's are not made that way and therefore cannot be stored on their side.

The FC weighs in at around 750kg (at least), you would need to be the Hulk to be able to get it onto its side, and then it would need to be significantly stronger construction (thus adding more weight) to be able to take all of that weight on one side.
