hi shagger, read on one of your post that you have a copy of the manual for a pathfinder, ours is a 2004 model which didn"t come with a manual of how any of the appliances etc work. would be most grateful if you could e- mail us a copy, also just returned from a 10day holiday to normandy in france, covererd approx 1500miles, had a few probs with the f c snaking was advised to put 36psi pressure in the tyres, was considering fitting an alko stabiliser for next year, just wondered would you have any literature for the correct tyre pressures for the pathfinder, many thanks , paul
We had to buy a new canvas and awning after a mice infestation 2 years ago. As we were already booked to go away not too long after,we didn’t have time to clean and repair our much loved green & cream cabin canvas so bought a new one, sadly brown and cream, which we haven’t really liked since we bought it. We have now cleaned and repaired our lovely green and cream canvas ready for this years holiday. We have had it out in pouring rain after re-waterproofing to make sure no leaks from repairs and cleaning, so excited that all is well. (We were worried about having cleaned it with washing powder it would leak) Should we ever decide to sell the brown & cream cabin canvas, awning and all matching curtains, would there be any interest? As yet we have no plans to sell.
Hi junior pullman, we would be very interested in your cabin canvas if ever you decide to sell. We are looking at the moment but need to save a little more. Our pathfinder came to us with moldew damage ,much much worse than first told about! We could literally put our finger through the worst spots so cant use it yet 😧😳 have thought about patching but to many, and ive thought about sewing a new roof myself . i have called around and costing for new roof is between £575 and £900 well unfortunatly all our savings went on the pathfinder and theres no more money in the pot untill we can save again. So we would be interested if you were to sell!!😃 sorry for going on just dissapointed with myself for not spotting it was so serious .excited i geuss !
Hi clarksz
Sorry to hear your Pathfinder canvas was so bad. I can understand your excitment and not perhaps not checking out everything as you should have. We live and learn. Sadly the green & cream canvas and awning didn't stand uo to the elements as we first thought, so we have had to return to the brown. We are still hopeful we will get our old canvas back to full glory. should we do so I will get in touch. Maybe you will be lucky and find one sooner and get out and enjoy your Pathfinder. J.P
Hi ben1701. We pull our Pathfinder with tyre pressure of 36psi without any problems. I’ve never had any snaking problems and don’t have a stabiliser fitted.
Hi free-spirit. As yet we can’t decide whether or not to have the panels that were affected, replaced or not. It will be an expense we could do without.,so for now we are keeping hold of it. If we decide to sell I will post it on this sale site.
