Bit of a dumb question but having worked out the awning poles and how to erect the cab I have a spare bit of skirt left that looks like it is for the gap between the step and the trailer into the sleeping cab.
Try as I might I cannot figure out where to attach the rubber loops onto the trailer.
Anyone have any idea?
Thanks

Hi Russ Boy,
The skirt isn't wide enough to reach around the sides and there are no buttons on the back of the trailer as the kitchen fits onto it in transit.

If memory serves me correct aren`t there two square bars that come out from under the rear of the trailer that the kitchen sits on whilst in transit. These are locked off by a threaded turn knob on each bracket that the square leg goes through. Do the elastics at each end of the shirt not secure around those when the square poles are pushed back level with the end of the trailer when the kitchen has been removed.

Hope it helps.

Griff

Griff , You cracked it !
Firstly I had the skirt the wrong way up , so turned it round and looped two spare rubber bands through the punched holes in each corner. I then used these to loop over the thread knobs for the kitchen runners and Bobs your Uncle. My skirt now fits

Thanks everyone

When I read the heading 'spare bit of skirt' I thought you were looking for a loose woman? Glad you found a solution though.

He he .. glad this thread helped allenjames.
now I have another probably daft question again.
The kitchen has a 'nice' trim around the front with flowers on that ataches to the awning poles . Two curtains on elastic then are attached that mean the kitchen area can be closed off when not used.
The trim has two plastic sides, one with pockets that does tie onto the awning poles. the other side nearest the front of the awning is a twiddly triangle of plastic that does not appear to attach to anything and is not big enough to protect the whole side of the canvas in the kitchen area , even though the two gas rings are on that side of the kitchen unit,
am I being thick again?
