I'm sure any car shop could easily fix it up,but,if the damage is on the lid,you will probably have to remove the roof rack,which is held on by 4 bolts and 6 rivets. If it's the gas assisted type,you could even remove the lid easily and just take that to the repairers. The canvas would be better removed too. Good luck. Perhaps you could post a picture of the damage,there are some clever people on here who are bound to have good suggestions. When I replaced my roof rack after powder coating,I replaced the rivets with clenchnuts,so it is easy to remove again.
