Hiya,
I know this is an old thread, and I'm really grateful for your instructions but have a question for you.
When it says to 'pull out the ridge poles' to attach the awning frame, all I can see inside these poles is a white plastic sheath that seems to be jammed inside. There's one in all 3 poles. I cant get them to come out, and they seem to be preventing me attaching any of the awning poles. I'm really struggling with this, and on my first (and last) outing with the tent I ended up just sleeping in the bedroom compartment with no awning up! Please can you guys help me?
