Not sure if you can still get replacement frame poles for the Aztec. Pennine do sell replacements for their current models. TVS (Tent Valeting Services) in Bolton may be able to help - (ring them as they are not quick at answering emails I am told). It might be easier to find a fabricator locally who can either straigten your pole or make you a new one.  

Yes you can steam clean the bed but you would have to make sure it was fully dry before folding it back up in the camper - a few days in a hot conservatory or centrally heated house or you will end up with mould. If it's that bad I would go with Nixtoo's Ikea option. If not think of it just like a hotel bed that's had loads of people sleep in it before you and just put a cover on it.
