I don't have a garage, so the camplet (concord 2009) sits on the drive. Any advice for winter storage. If I take the mattresses out can the rest be left in the trailer?
Mine has a tarp thrown over it and tied up with string underneath so it doesn't move and sits in the garden all winter with everything still inside it. I do check occasionally to make sure there's no holes in the tarp and the first year I did it I blew up a double airbed and put in the luggage rack so the water didn't sit in it. Would be happier if I had somewhere dry to store it but unfortunately don't so it's the only option I have at present till I can pursuade OH to shift some rubbish out of his tractor shed!
We never took anything out, just made sure everything was dry. I think Camperlands recommend taking out the mattresses but we don't have anywhere to store them so we couldn't.
I'd have thought it would be pretty water tight with a tarp over the top. You could open it up every now and again over the winter to air it, if there are some dry blowy days.
