What a shame ... I've just had the door zip replaced. I was looking for a local company, and when I called one, I was given another number - 01204 708131. When I called they explained that they had taken over the work of the other company! I packed up my canvas, they sent a courier, replaced the zip and couriered it back. Very easy! Don't know how competetive they are - £20 to collect, £15 to return, £45 for zip - £80 total. They told me that they do the insurance work for Penine. I wouldn't know if that's true or not, but they've done a good job for me! Also, at least one if not both of the bed ends have been replaced on my Aztec at some point, and it doesn't look too difficult. I would think that the rivets would probably be the hardest job ...
