Hello fellow campers, we have been away for a wee while, four years in fact.
We had our first little adventure last week remembering where things go and how it all goes together. Definitely remember I go for a walk whilst DH sets up.
We were so pleased to find the canvas was in really good condition and of course looked here for tips first....our little pullman had been 'stored' kept at my FIL farm. A little brush of the canvas, washed the body and some oiling she looks as good as new. We placed bowls of soap powder all over the camper to act as like those moisture traps and boy did they work.
We had left a few games, chairs and waterproofs in the camper that the kids are now too big for but they had a lot of fun remembering them.
Here's hoping we can squeeze in a couple more weekends.
