Personally,I'd run away screaming,but it all comes down to price. You have to expect some defects on an older camper,but the canvas is the biggest,most expensive item thats likely to need repair or replacement. Plus,if you have mildew,does that not mean it hasn't been that well looked after? Perhaps. You askis it a common problem with Pullmans,and of course,it isn't but it may be more common with many camper buyers who have never camped under real canvas before. PS,mildew,mould etc,once visible has already damaged the canvas.
