hi i am planin on a few trips away next year .only managed one trip this year .As i it was my first time into it so had to get a tow bar tow for the first time ect ect.

I am looking into trying to make the trailer more usable for a family .as theres not really enough room.but i cant get anything bigger as i store the trailer at my parents and a caravan wont fit through there gates.

so i was thinking of somehow trying to have the tv hanging down from above the kitchin area via one of the poles that goes along the top.but cant find anywhere that sells or makes these its only a little 15 lcd but would make life easier if it was of the side so we could use the space.i was also wondering if anyone had upgraded there mattress? as they seem quiet hard .I was thinking maybe a memory foam topper?

Also does anyone no a reasonably priced tv aerial that i could get that would work ok with a freeview box? as the kids cant do witout the tv for a few days lol?

we only went away for the weekend .with 2 of our children why the other 2 went to there granparents but next year all 4 may be coming so would like to get everything prepared well in advance.As even with just the 2 children we forgot the inner tents .left the window cover open so one mattress got wet.no tv so the kids got board easy.and we also took our pet german shepard dog so he had the boot so had no room in there for anything.

so any advice on the questions..or even on things to do with the kids. places to go?

how better to prepare.i have a list but normally allways forget something

we have a awning but its only the sun canopy type.i was looking into geting the full canopy but cant really afford that at the moment .

Would of thought in the Fiesta of NOT putting it hanging on the poles you bend them and you surely would be paying out a lot more to replace the bent ones as well as the hassle of doing it.

Why not do as the other would by shutting the lid of the cooker or sink not in use and telly on there at least it could take the strain without damage done.

Unlike other units the Fiesta does not have a toilet door to hang anything from. I guess you could always maybe make or find a portable stand to put the tv on whne in use and put down or in the car when not in use if your not using the awning.

I think you may find the fiesta a bit on the small side for 4 kids and 2 adults you may have been better to have bought a pullman/pathfinder as these are 6 berth, I had a fiesta and found it a bit tight for room unless you use the full awning so I decided to buy a pullman to give us the extra room

I will defiantly look into the pullman/pathfinder idea.i founf this clips that wont have to go all the way around the tube bar.just the front.the tv is 3 kg.so shouldnt do any damage on the bar.we do use the side table for the tv.but could really do with the room for other things.i no its only about 50cm2 but its space needed lol .

the kitchin area is normally allways open as you would expect with 6 people every bit of room helps.

there is another bed in the middle.but the seats fall off.and theres noway 2 adults could sleep on there.

i am defiantly thinking of getting the under bed storage will just need to see if my 10 year old wants to sleep under there on her own .

we have only gone local 20 miles to see what its like to tow ect.i havent built up the gumtion to drive to the coast ect.i may try it at about 3am in the morning in the summer.so i wont have to worry about traffic especially at 50 mph lol

does everyone stick to 50mph are te police really harsh if your doing say 60 mph?

i didnt no that wongers i thought the speed limit on duel and motorways was 50mp with a trailer

yes i do have a laptop stixJimbo will defiantly look into that as then can use the laptop for the dvd drive aswell.but dont understand how i can connect a freeview to it ? as i wouldnt have any internet connection out in the fields,

I wouldn't concern yourself with bending the poles, a 15" tv will never bend those poles!

We have had all sorts hanging from the poles in ours and no ill effects.

You coud always buy a TV USB stick for a laptop (if you have a laptop) they work fine and are small to carry around.

Never heard of this Stix what & how does it work.Although I only took an old laptop that was not connected to the internet to show films we bought on.I thought it more relevant to take the my main one next time as the emails I had whenI got home was over 1000, as they all come in triple via supplier Virgin, Windows Live  Mail, Gmail. and I just cannot get rid of windows mail as it came with the laptop. Gmail I prefer to use = triple mail in.

Would like to be able to use the comp. more for another use & tv when raining would be a change from reading all the time in the evening
