Beechy I leave mine out in all weathers,I place 2 old sleeping bags on top of the canvas and 3 old feather pillows on top of these and then replace the cover.
I open it up about once a month,
So far I have had no trouble with condensation and every thing smells sweet.

Hi Pennine recommend front end down we was getting water in our front locker and it then went through to our main area had a word with Pennine and they said always park it with nose end down not had any water in at all.
------------- my hubby says it will only take a minute (to put the tent up)lol
I do not hink that could happen with the Pathfinder as the front locker is completely sealed from the main living area. Gas tight and all that!!! Perhaps it is not on the Sterling.
Anyways, I tilted it yesterday. Jockey wheel up on a block of wood and the back main frame about 1" off the deck.
Hi no my sterling is not sealed, we have put some silicone in ourselves but tilting it worked. On our fc it is a vinyl flooring, then there was carpet tiles down, I noticed a musty smell and green mold on the carpets, I cursed myself for not packing away properly, stripped it took up a carpet tile and saw it was wet really wet, through them out sealed and now tilt jobs good x
