Hi all, just recently purchased a 1998 Pennine pullman for £175.00 from Gumtree which needs a new canvas and some of the side walls replacing due to damp which i have now done. I'm now left with an empty shell and I'm after some suggestions or idea's, like has anyone changed there layout in there folding camper or even put a cooker in or even just a small change like a stereo?. I Would be grateful to receive any reply's of what I could do and hopefully if anyone has any pictures of there refurbished folding campers i would love to have a look. Thanks James

Hi you have to be 'very care-full' with weight distribution if you are 'redesigning' the inside, you could make it 'UN-towable'

I sure do like the UK summers :) :)

I've taken out the folding down cupboard, and mosaic tiled the top of the base unit/drawer unit .... leaves much more room for storage whilst towing .... also fitted a single bike rack across the rear pull out bed support frame.

When we bought ours, it had a small cooker in. We never used the oven so I took that out, built  a small cupboard and fitted a small microwave which is well used.

Then bought a combined  sink/three burner hotplate and fitted that.

Consider what you will and will not use.... Unused items is a waste of valuable space and weight!! You have a chance of making the camper what you want and not the designers.
