hi there like its been said it depends on your budget

i have seen in the past a rapair job been done which could last upto 3-4 years where the rotten bit is chopped out with arround 2 inch of ok wood as well then new marine ply cut to the size of the hole and placed in where the old rotten bit once was

over the join where the 2 ply's meet screw some 4inch plate metal top and bottom then paint the underside with underseal/bitumin type paint and cover the top with normal flooring :)
