Fan heater struggling in the evenings but slept though to 930 this morning, caught us all out. Some stiff nightcaps and hot water bottles might have helped though.
Tucked up in the Challenger in Suffolk snow on the roof this morning. Comfortable 18C inside. Feels like a long winter this year good to be in the outdoors.

How does the Olympe fare in cold weather, we used to have the Chantilly, but now have a new Ilympe.
Just wondered how effective the zig is in colder weather, we are booked for our first trip a week on Sunday near York. Hopefully not as cold then.
First trip in our old Lunar Meteor. Arrived at Cardigan Camping and Caravan Site on 28th March since then average outside temperature has been + 5C, - 01 -3.0 at night. clear sky and sun from dawn to dusk. Its been grand so far.
------------- If if it aren't totally broken its probably best left alone.
We went to Cardigan c&cc site last easter, the shower block was freezing! Currently on Dartmouth c&cc site, overcast and cold, but we're geared up for it this year, so toasty warm.
Wow.. love the fact that so many people are away so early. I had a reccy around the local sites this weekend which were quite busy. Lots of tin tops and evena couple of tents. .. haven't seen an fc or tt in Dawlish yet though.
