My mum has a new caravan and the side doesn't roll up opening the whole of the unit up. It does feel more like a tin can than a FC does, but the pay off is all year round camping, I suppose.
Now if I had George Clarke's caravan where the whole side opens up, I'd be happier.
"My mum has a new caravan and the side doesn't roll up opening the whole of the unit up"
Never has a more obvious statement been made
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
You can't beat the sound of gentle rain on real canvas above your head - it is one of life's soothing sounds.
Not so soothing however when its the morning when you need to pack up!
Mr T - microfibre cloth are a great addition to your camping armoury as they are lightweight and absorb moisture very well. However you do still need to open up within a day or so even if slightly damp don't forget

1. Your always wanting to go away .
2. There's not enough bank holidays.
3. The working week is far to long and needs to be cut to 1 day a week and that involves half a day ( you chooses which half )
4. I'm constantly on here getting advice lol.
5. Always weather watching.
Time will solve all your problems MrT007. Just retired and off on Sunday for 6 weeks in Europe! I'm sure the weather won't be perfect but who cares - we are on holiday!!
Wow that's unbelievable as I though only been away for 5/6 times for only 1 night each time ice never yet had a spot of rain and the side open on the canvas.
So I've not yet been able to discover any leaks.

And they'll still be trying to bump start me in my coffin.
Thanks MrT - however, not a lucky man at all but a lucky woman ( birth cert says Veronica!!)
Oh god sorry I'm really good at putting my foot in it, actually I would say expert.
I managed to do it Monday at work to a lady I was working for. It came out sounding quite rude but actually wasn't meant that way at all.
