Was it cold when you tried it. If it was and you were using camping gas or butane, it might not have worked properly. When it warms up it may be OK. You need propane for cold weather. By cold I mean 5deg or less. The other possibility is a leak in the gas pipes or a blockage, or a tap not turned on fully or a faulty regulator. However, do be very careful with gas as it can be dangerous.
