Well I'm glad you like it!
I would suggest you live with it a while and really nail down what you do and don't need. Every unit across the camping spectrum has its pros and cons and it really is about finding your personal best fit. Getting organised to best use the space does take a bit of trial and error, and you might be able to manage better than you think on first impressions.
To the best of my knowledge the only bigger quick erect TT is the Trigano Olympe, and you don't see a lot of those, though I think Griff is planning to downsize before long. That might be worth looking at.
Otherwise you are going to be back to a longer pitching time for more space. If you add a Day or Utility tent you do keep the option of managing with less space for a short trip, or pitching it all for a longer one.
We quite liked the Raclet Moovea, that is a small quick erect 2 berth, but you can easily add an extra 2 berth bedroom annex, then a full traditional awning if you need it. The downside was a lack of storage space. The Combi Camp is brilliant in its flexibility, and I can pitch it solo, but a full pitch is going to take longer, and whilst it probably is bigger over all it has separate areas rather than one big living space, and it was the most expensive so far! The Holkampers are gorgeous, the Flyer might be big enough for you, but they are a lot of money. One of the Camplet models takes an extra awning, that might be something to consider, but again they aren't cheap. Then there's all the traditional trailer tents and folding campers to consider, but anything with a traditional framed awning is going to take longer to pitch, although I think I would still choose that as lighter work than a big steel poled tunnel.

Nick, how long does your Safari take? Do you use it for weekends? I only have experience of the quick erect models.
I've had a bit of a browse, and it looks like the Raclet Moovea has been replaced with the Panama, you wouldn't be able to get a second hand one, but it might be worth looking at. There are videos Here.
Over the years we've had a few occasions where we've arrived late and have found even the Camplet and Jametic stressful to pitch, pegging it on a dark wet Friday night isn't a lot of fun! However by the time we bought the Jametic weekend opportunities were so infrequent that it was a worthwhile trade against the speed of pitching for longer stays. If you do plan to do weekends something like Trigano Alpha, Combi Camp, or the Raclet Panama which go up very quickly with some living space and would allow you to extend in the morning might be worth looking into, but they do cost more.
