Just wondering if anyone else has the same problem with a conway unit.....the left hand bed board doesn't seem to be sitting correctly on the body of the main cabin when its set up. There are two metal "lips" that sit on the back of the bench seats to offer support but the board itself doesn't seem to close enough for the lips to sit in position. I've got a 1993 Canterbury and a 2005 Classic Trio and its the same on both!! Am I missing something here!! Any help would be appreciated. Ta.

Very common problem,the hinges are probably bent,it doesn't take much of a bend to cause a big gap.If it is the first time then simply getting the bed board vertical and pulling down hard will straighten the hinges. New hinges (cabanon) are available if they are too far gone.
