Here's hoping some fellow Camplet owners can assist. Just back at the weekend from two weeks in France. Packed Camplet away - absolutely bone dry - hard not to when the temperature is 34 degrees!
Alas, it bucketed down as we drove north up to Zeebrugge. Got home and opened up the back to see the bottom of the mattress nearest the key/locking knob was pretty wet - not sodden - but was getting on that way. Also noticed about an inch of water, pooled on the LHS of the Camplet. I always make sure the kitchen door is well closed, but water has somehow tracked in. This is the first time I have towed in heavy rain and so my first question is - Is this likely to be a fault with this specific Camplet or is it a wider design fault? Any thoughts on prevention? Fitting a cover is not an option due to bikes on the lid. Thanks in advance.....
