If your not wanting a detachable or fold away towbar, then a bog standard fixed Swan Neck or Flange type will do the job.
Personally I prefer the Swan neck, as they offer a little more clearance than most Flange type, which can be handy if you decide to use a Tow Ball mounted bike carrier some of which will only fit to a Swan Neck.
Also electrics are important, going for the pukka dedicated cambus fit, over the lash up with bypass relay is a good thing to do, although can add £100 over the price of the lash up type.
Go for the 13pin Socket Euro connector, which is more secure than the older 7 pin type. if your FC has two Plugs Black and Grey, it is an easy job to convert those to a single 13 pin Plug.
Benefits of the pukka dedicated wiring system is that it informs your cars on-board computer that you are towing, and will adjust the engine management accordingly.
Stuff like Stop-Start is disabled if your car has that, and the car alarm is integrated into the electrical connection.
These days for a proper job, expect to pay around £300.
