I tried a dandy. V warm but a bit heavy for one person to pu up.
Tried a raclet quick stop. Lovely. But perhaps a bit too big.
Utterly fallen in love with an old combi camp. I was worth the wait and the experimentation!
The raclet is being advertised on here if anyone interested
Also. The only issue so far with the combi is the bed foam a little squashed.bso uncomfortable. Any recommendations. Would a mattress topper work? Any other ideas?
When we had a Combicamp 2000 we got rid of the folding foam and put a double mattress in it. Now we've "upgraded" to a Venezia we use a thinnish mattress topper and it works a treat - very comfortable indeed.
What sort have you got? I really do like the old ones better.
Mattress topper are only good for so long, you're prob best just replacing then only you have slept on it. I have been quoted £100 to replace all the foam in my TT as it has flat spots, looked at toppers, but will prob replace. These seem to be reasonable, or at least give you an idea of costs
------------- As a child my families menu consisted of two choices: take it or leave it.
My combicamp is in my gallery pics. It's a 6 berth. My bed mattresses were a bit squished too so I use a couple of mattress toppers at home that the kids had on their old beds. It's really made the difference. What are you doing about your kitchen stuff?
