Okay. The PSU (power supply unit) does 3 jobs.
1. It is the safety fuse box for the Mains Supply coming into the unit.
2. It also reduces the AC Mains to 12v to run all the 12v sockets in the unit.
3. If switched on, it will recharge your battery.
If you have a meter, disconnect the battery, plug the unit onto the mains, switch on the charger and see if there is any power going to the battery leads. Alternatively, leave the leads on the battery but do the rest and see if the voltage on the battery rises between not being charged and being charged. Not being charged, the reading should be 12+V. Being charged it should rise to 14+V.
It sounds, from what you have said, that the wiring in the Camper is okay. I take it you have checked all the fuses, remembering that there is an Inline Fuse, normally situated under the Battery Box and you have to feel under the box to find this one.
If you are on battery only (Shell Island) you can recharge your leisure battery in the boot of the car by running a plug with crocodile clips from the pins 2 & 3 from the 12s socket on the towbar of your car. These pins would normally recharge the FC battery as you are towing, and will also recharge the Leisure Battery (same one) if you are driving about during your stay. Just make sure the battery is well tied down in the boot.

As far as I remember, your meter will have a setting where it you touch the two prongs together, a buzzer will sound.
So to check the fuses, you disconnect the battery, take each fuse out one at a time and touch one prong to one end and the other prong to the other end and if the meter buzzes, then you know that that fuse is okay.
But!!!!
If everything is working when the mains are on then it sounds to me as if it is just the recharging of the battery that is the fault or a fault between the battery and the PSU.
If you cannot find any fault then you may have to call in a professional who knows about these things.
