I have seen some pictures on ebay of a folding camper like ours (penine sterling 535) and on the side of the awning (window bit) a pod is zipped on, so I presume this is the extra bedroom bit you can get?
As mine is fairly old (1996) I wondered if anyone knew where I might be able to get one of these??
there is a company at Billing Aquadrome in Northampton who deal in Folding Campers and the like - their name completely escapes me at the moment but doubtless someone will be along shortly who knows what it is! Anyway, they often have a good selection of used awning pods in a variety of colours. If I remember correctly, all of the Penine pods are the same size - although I couldn't swear to that. If thats the case it should make picking up a bedroom pod much easier. That said, when I was looking for one they were few and far between and not exactly cheap if in good condition.
As a matter of interest Karende, if you don't mind saying, how much did TVS charge for your pod??

They are called Burcroft Camping,We bought a second hand one for our sterling, it was actually for a fiesta but it fits perfect so if you can get hold of a fiesta pod the same year and colour you may find that it will fit your sterling.

There are a few on ebay at the moment - search "pennine annexe". Don't be tempted to pay more than about £150 and make sure it has the inner tent as well. You can but new from Pennine but they are dreadfully expensive.
For about £100 you can also get universal awning extensions. We used one of these until I found our Pennine annexe on ebay and they are fine though not quite as high as the Pennine one. It still made a good storage area.
In the picture below you'll see we have the Pennine annexe attached one end and the universal on the other.
Claydon you are right in that all annexes are the same size but I have a feeling the zips changed in the late 90's so newer ones won't fit the OP's awning. (Think it was '98) You can have the zip changed but from what I have read on here the zips are becoming scarce.
Just something to bear in mind.
We had one with our old Pullman but I used to end up filling it with stuff that never actually got used. (It was useful as a toilet one year when we had a full house.
It would have been useful with the Fiesta and when the teenagers got larger and took up so much space.
