Apart from much of Scotland, the only place this side of the water where you can legally wild camp is a designated area of Dartmoor.

how about illegally then ?? its nearly the same here now actually, i think its sad that you cant pull up and camp at the beach/ woods etc once you treat the spot with respect and dont leave rubbish interfere with it etc wev gotten away with it here few times but getting harder now
