Hi  all,

           That new handiholdall system on this website looks great as an alternative luggage storage to roof bars and storage box. I am thinking of purchasing the system(so I can sell it back to Mr T for double the price) Any of you out there using them? What,s your views?

I bought one secondhand the roofbars and the holdall and now I have just got a bigger car and I might never use them its not the new waterproof version.I put them on my car and they seemed to be okay very easy to inflate and deflate

I nearly bought one, but after doing lots of reasons didn't for two reasons

1, we have curtain airbags so they are not compatible

2, my husband is quite tall and the strap.on the inside would not really fit between his head and the roof

In theory they look good though

Ok I read that lol........ How much? I just fitted my roof bars impressed put my roof box on, could open rear door hit box, then to find the brackets won't go round my roof bars, only to open up brackets redrill bigger holes etc. only to find halfords sell bigger brackets! Having a bad day.

I've got roof rack and old hold all before it was waterproof. It was a life saver for using on company car , note as previously stated you can't use with curtain air bags and it does hang down across roof at door level so can imagine its a pain if your tall . It's amazing how much we got in ours :
5 chairs , windbreaks , 2 double 1single air beds 5 sleeping bags , lamp, blankets, table, pup tent and tent carpet.
Have own car now so up graded to roof bars and used roof hold all on them as we'll . Only got wet once but rain was torrential , I believe they have waterproofed the new hold all and is slightly bigger.
