Hi all,
Wanted to share somet with ya'all.
Going on holiday on Friday, so stripped out TT to wash and iron everything. First time using the TT, so whilst I had the iron out, I had this thought "lets run the steam generator iron over the foam to sterilise it a bit".
I didn't let the hot plate touch the foam (for a second time), just the steam and something magical happened.

We've run the iron over the whole of the foam, was like a sweat shop in here - but its plumped up all the foam a treat.
We were going to replace at a cost of £100, but with a steam generator iron, and a bit of time have got great results.
If you try it at home, DO NOT let the hot plate touch the foam (I haven't included that picture haha) I reckon a conventional iron would work, but you woud have to do horizontally, we were able to do vertically as well.
