The Sunncamp TT cabins set up the same way, which can be seen in this video
The awning section on the 400 SA is the same as the 400 SE and details on how to set up the awning can found here
The Sunncamp are a very good entry level TT, which is not as quick to set up as some of the newer models, which are quick erect, but cost more.
The Sunncamp 400 SA comfortably sleeps 4 in the two double beds and you can get two under bed pods so you can sleep a further two.
The awning is huge as it is 4m X 4m.
Very easy to tow and store. You also have plenty of space inside the trailer to store all your camping gear.

Good Luck, we went to the NEC last year and bought our TT. Going back again this year to have a good look around and for ideas, apparently we are not buying anything though!

Price will depend on what you are looking for:
kitchen/no kitchen
braked/not braked trailer
quality of material
size of unit --> size of cabin and awning
pole design
After spending 1.5 days talking to different people at the NEC last year we chose not to go for acrylic, but a heavy fully cotton TT
Looks like you need to head to Hall 5 at the NEC, people like Raclet/Trigano/Camperlands/BCC are all in there.
I would recommend that you do some research before you go to the NEC and at least have narrowed the possibilities down. We went with the idea that we wanted the Raclet Safari, but still took a full day and a half there of research and looking to confirm we had made the right decission, if we had not gone with that model (and a couple of others in mind) we may still be there now.
Try and talk to the companies there that sell several brands and then you will get the most honest answers
