Don't have the Oxford, but it looks huge, with that your never going to get it to be super quick.
Make sure next time you erect, all the poles are colour coded with electrical tape and when you fully extend all the poles, mark them with a perm marker, that way next time you'll know where to extend to.
Sort your awning and poles into seperate bags and number them in order you will need them So bag 1 Bag 2 and so forth.
I have all my guy ropes with carabiners on the ends, that way I can hook them on and off really quickly, this stops them geting in the way, and if they are wet (they take longer to dry than canvas), I can remove them and store them seperately.
Have a plan, make everyone have their own little job, our kids build all the furniture whilst I put up and peg out. Definitley pack your sense of humour, helps massively and wine, def wine
