I'd just like to sing the praises of MARK, at CAMPERLANDS!

For weeks, I've been trying to find some information regarding a trailer tent accessory. Mark not only made it his personal business to check out the details for me, he then spent time explaining things and being generally courteous, friendly and helpful.

I felt it was worth a mention. It's all too easy to only post on here about negative experiences, so it's nice to let people know when someone has gone out of their way to do a good job (even though the info he supplied meant he didn't actually sell me anything, this time around! ).

Maybe we should start a 'Camping Retailer, Employee of the Month Nomination?'

Yes we also agree, Mark was brilliant when it came to looking, asking q's and answering them, when we bought our Olympe last year.

Have to agree 100%. Mark was brilliant when sorting out our trailer tent purchase through our insurance claim.
And when we went to collect he spent well over an hour going through how to put everything up properly and giving little tips and advice!

Feel nostalgic (probably the wrong word) for the trailer tent, but love the caravan. "Camping" all year round is fantastic.

More praise here, very helpful at the NEC last year. And then when we went up to collect our Galleon earlier this month was extremely thorough in the handover to us. Definitely would recommend Camperlands if you're looking to buy!

I completely agree, we want a simple sun shade for our Camplet Royal, we have the awning but don't need anything so big or the bother of erecting it. I phoned Camperlands and Mark gave me the exact measurements I needed and also emailed me a drawing of how we could have this made up. What service indeed, now we've just got to get the thing made!
