You've no idea how much this is hurting, but I admit it. I need help. We recently purchased an exdemo 350SE, that helpfully came minus instructions. This weekend, we have done a dry run and tried to put the tent up in the garden. The 'complicated' folding part we managed straight away. However, we are having real problems building the framework of the main tent. We have no pictures to go on, only memories of having seen it up. If you have one, and are willing to copy the instructions for us, we promise to never pitch next to you, ever ! (We have a disabled daughter who loves to party at night !)

I can send payment for any costs incurred. Its a small price to pay for sanity !

Thanks.

Hello Noddy

Hope this helps, You will need acrobat reader to open the file. Click on http://www.sunnflair.com/tents_instructions.htm and the 350 is under trailer tents. I had a look and I think it's what you want, It takes a minute or two to open.

Best of luck

Hi Cosycamper,

you know when you feel really inept, and you think that it cannot get any worse.... I even visited the sunnflair website, and didn't see the instruction link. The handbook has lots of information that we should have had, especially being novices at the trailer tent, but although it gives some answers on the frame diagram, it doesn't include it. It only states that you should refer to your particular diagram that was issued with the tent. that said, we know where to start now...so still looking for a frame diagram.

Thankyou.

Noddy

Hi Gerald,

thanks for the offer. I'll gladly take you up on it. I'm new to this board and couldn't find any option to email members other than the one in the signature line that is off by default. So I'll have to post it on here. Apologies for that.  Rich Thanks.

Noddy/Rich

Hi needhairdryer/Gerald/admin,

thanks for the help. I have technical problems with the whole sunnflair website at the moment. My firewall is not letting a lot of the site through, and the manuals are are being stopped because they are in word files, so there must be a macro problem in there. That said, I managed to get the main manual off after about 30 mins of trying. Which has been a great help.

So Gerald, thanks, I look forward to receiveing it the old fashioned way. ;-)

As regards the address, sorry. Couldn't filnd the email option in the profiles which is where it is on all of the other message board I use. Tired and stressed, I gave up, and resorted to putting it on the board. Apologies.

Thanks all.

Noddy.
