Hi all,  I am about to attempt my first wet weather trip in our new Raclet Armada, my question is with the awning setup.  All the videos show the grounsheet being zipped in first and then the awning built around, with the current rain this is going to mean that the groundshhet in going to be soaking while i wrestle with the awning!  Is it possible tp builld the awning and then lift the poles to attached the groundsheet at the end so it doesnt get wet / muddy?

Any advice / tips appreciated!

Can't answer your question, but good luck...it was pitching our crusader in the torrential rain that made us buy the caravan.

Hope it's not as bad as you think it's going to be.

Don't know if this is too late for your trip but we often never put the ground sheet down if the weather is good, if the weather is bad we always put up the awning first and then zip in the groundsheet afterwards. The only slight tricky bit is having to manoeuvre the kitchen over the groundsheet as you unfold it, but it does save the groundsheet getting wet which seems sensible.
Good luck
