We have a Sunncamp 550, which is similar design to the Neptune.

Best way to put up Awning:

1: zip awning to main body

2: Insert Front pole hoop

3. Pull front guy ropes to errect front of awning

4. go into (sagging) awning and insert middle loops (2 of the in Sunncamp)

5. fit side loops and pole that connects the side loops accross the top

6. fit groundsheet and zip into awning

7. adjust pole lengths to right level of tension

It takes about 20 minutes

First up lay the ground sheet down then attach the awning to the sleeping section. It's also helpful if layout the poles on the groundsheet before you zip the awning on so they are where they need to be.Next zip the groundsheet in.

The front pole goes in first and it's so important you tie the webbing straps around it before you do anything else. If you don't you risk ripping the canvas.ours was damaged here by the previous owners but repaired it easily enough.
Pull the front out and peg it temporarily.
Next place the the inside poles up. Now it's time to peg it out properly starting at the front till it's taut.

I've put reflective tape around our straps to prevent people tripping over them at night especially the front ones.

Any other questions just ask I've also got the manual which explains how to put it up the way I've described.
