Hi all I am after a bit of advise for a friend:
They recently purchased a brand new Sunncamp TT, after spending a couple of weeks in the south of france they have a few issues with the quality of the canvas, and other materials, bed pods to small for mattress, zips not meeting at the ends on the built in ground sheet, velcro for curtains don't line up, hole in insect cover on window to name a few. Want they they want to know is can they get a full refund or will they have to settle for a part refund or problems rectified. Overall they are very disappointed that after spending a few thousand pounds this product now seems sub standard and not worth the money they spent.Thanks in advance for any useful info javascript:AddSmileyIcon(' ')
