Hi I have not had my trailer tent ling but am loving it! However went to bring it home today and when I was cranking down the roof the internal bit that the crank goes into disappeared inside the bottom of the trailer. Does anyone know if there is a way for me to get inside to fix this..

On our Laser, there is a floor level cupboard unit just inside the door (on the forward side). If you open it up you can remove the flimsy bit of plywood that acts as the back wall of the cupboard, and the winding unit and cables can be then be accessed. There is a similar plywood wall under the kitchen unit for servicing the other side.

Hope this helps!

Innes.
