We are looking to sell our folding camper.What is the best way of doing this - privately via the internet or through a dealer? What are the best sites to advertise this on? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

When we decided to sell ours we contacted the dealer we bought it from and and their offer was insulting. We placed it on eBay and on the ads here and it went via the ads after a few days.

Yep...ours went through pre-loved, although I will say that Camping International in Kent contacted us and offered us a very reasonable price for it, but we weren't prepared to travel all the way down.

Take lots of photos of it up...think you can put 12 on pre-loved and 8 or 9 on gumtree.

We put ours on Preloved, gumtree and on here, we sold it through preloved in the end.

We advertised on here and on Gumtree. Sold within three days through the Gumtree add. Sold in Autumn but still could have sold it three times over. We didn't want to pay eBay fees.

sold our countryman on here a few months ago,after a few weeks, also ad's on pre loved , ebay,tradeit and free ads
