you dont need to drive around if you are using a solar trickle charger but must agree that uni charger sounds good also

We used to wild camp (caravan) in our pop top that had a 60w solar panel built into the roof. (you can see it on the pic).

We still had to top up with an overnight EHU charge every 4 days or so.

I think this is more like i'm looking for, self contained, safe, but any idea how long it'll last ? One of the reviews said it only lasted for 3 smartphone charges (although the battery hadn't been conditioned).

If I were to get a battery and some of those connectors, what do you actually connect it to ?. I'm sure that sounds like a thick question, but I don't know the answer and bow down to your greater knowledge.
