Hi All

I have a Conway Cardinal and last week when putting the beds up I noticed that the plastic washer things on the underside of the beds that hold the bungee cord in place were almost all gone, broken off.

I have been trying to work out what they are called and have come up with button cleats, button hooks, dished washers, rope buttons etc but all of these are too deep. The existing ones are 5mm deep and I presume that as the bed pushes back in anything deeper will get caught when putting the bed away.

Has anyone replaced them and if so what with?

Pennine leisure do sell them. They come in packs of five but don't include the screws.
