Hi all,
Just a hello message and what trailer tent we have.
We are new to the site and me and my husband have just bought our first Sunncamp Holiday 420s Trailer Tent. Had it up once and just want to go and use it now but can't as I've got no holidays left till April next year and we both work weekends so can't even have a long weekend somewhere :(
Just need to get a hookup cable and think we are ready to go...

Congratulations on your purchase I'm sure you'll have many a happy holiday in her! Bet it will kill you to wait until next year to get away but at least by then you will have gained loads of info/knowledge from this great site.
We're a bit like you, as in we can't get away at weekends, I work mon to fri and the other half works different days over the 7 day period which always includes a Saturday, so for us it's mainly on our holidays when we can get away (unless I can sneak a mon and tues off work for a short break).
Have you done any kind of camping before? Or is it all totally new?

I know it's killing us having to wait and look at our TT sat on the drive :(.

No, I did plenty of camping when I was younger probably up to age 10ish.

So we thought we would try it again. We went to the South Lakes (Black Beck) earlier this year, only for 1 night though (coz of work grrr.)

Its a lot of work and equipment at first but we will get use to it, we will be taking even more things now we have a TT eeek!!!

When we first started camping with the kids we did a few weekends, but then the kids sporting commitments started to interfere and for the past few years we've only managed to camp a couple of times a year, but it's still great fun and still worth it!
