Sorry for my ignorance but I'm confused with the EHU operation when towing. Getting a pathfinder in the next few weeks(1st camper).Am I right in believing that when towing you hook up fridge to your 12v then when you get to site everything is powered through the sites EHU and your onboard gas bottles? Thanks for any help

That is correct, although you can only run your car on 12v, whilst travelling, if your car is wired for the dual electrics (not just to power brake lights, indicators etc). Once on site, 12V operation isn't an option, so you will run the fridge from either the EHU, or gas supply.

Correct.    Your fridge should have 2 switches on the front panel, at the top, a red one and a green one. The red one is for 12V operation and when ON will use the car 12v to keep the fridge cool whilst towing (ie. engine running) via a twin electrics towbar (grey socket). The green switch is for 240V operation via EHU when on site.

There is a separate control for gas operation at the other end of the fridge panel.

Of course you can only use one mode at a time. Enjoy your Pathfinder, we love ours.

I read somewhere once and vaguely remember that DL is for deluxe and TC is for toilet compartment. Possibly the DL model may have had the oven as an option whereas the TC is standard. Someone will be along soon who knows I'm sure.
