Hi all :-)
We've just bought a Raclet Tribune Verona?.... This is our first one and we got it for a bargain. Obviously the timing is a little off as it's getting to the end of the year and opportunities to camp will be few and far between.
I am just looking for advice from patron TT campers. Any hints, tips, potential issues, solutions and general advice gained from your collective experience. We have tent camped before and I don't see this being much different, but I could be completely wrong.
Also, has anyone changed the fabrics inside their TT's or bought curtains? I was thinking of updating the fabrics inside but wouldn't know where to start.
Thanks in advance
Stacey

Nice looking tt,all the best ones have orange somewhere about them. I would use it a few times before changing anything though.
Most important tip I've got is to take your time when you pitch in anger, and buy more pegs.
Use chocks and boards under all the legs, and only level the trailer front to rear, if you level side to side, the canvas may not peg out properly.

Just bought a car cover from Lidl, it makes a great protective cover for my Trigano TT. Only £11-99 too!

Looks great, and I like the fabrics! Retro and unique!

If you want any professional alterations I believe TVS are very good. Otherwise I'm sure you could use the original item as a pattern for any replacement.

Thanks for the tips guys. Much appreciated. I'm a bit grumpy with the fact that we won't get an opportunity to take it out properly until next year, but at least it builds my excitement :-). Can't wait to get out there :-D.
I've been looking at campsites around the country and would love any recommendations.
Thanks again.
Stacey

I stopped at a Park Holiday site the other week, £10 per night and that included electric, bargain. have a look at the web site and see if there is any in your area participating. Now down to £7 PN with electric.

Just use it a few times before attempting to mod it. You may get the bug like we did and want something else.

We had a raclet and i spent an afternoon removing the rather dodgy looking 80's graphics from the bodywork.Gave it a T-cut and polish and it looked superb.

Ended up selling it for a profit and got the neptune which absolutely love.
