Right, am looking for some help, exhausted all other options.

My neighbour has purchased a holiday 350se, alas when he picked it up it was raining, and didnt get to see the thing put up.
I have one big bag of poles, some are complete, some aren't. there is some with clips on, some with broken clips.
I have tried getting assistance from Sunncamp.........no joy they don't want to know. Local dealer not interested, only wants to sell new one. The thing is in good condition, but the pole diagrams leave loads to the imagination, and does not tell you the lengths of each pole, so you can see what one is correct.
We have considered buying a complete set of new poles, but that has proved to be stupid money. Now this thing could be complete, just for the life of us we can not figure it out.
Any suggestions??? Poor guy is wanting to use it, but can't and its too good to throw away.

Not a great expert on the Sunncamps, but, hopefully, this should help; Sunncamp 350 Awning Poles Diagram It's a full schematic of all the poles. No measurements, unfortunately, but I believe this is the actual Sunncamp one, so I doubt they get any more detailed. Hope it helps.

Thanks for that, we tried with this one, but the trouble is, some of the ends are broken and its quite literally.......a bag of poles lol. Some are marked, some not. some have the tension clamps some don't. Not really sure if anything can be done, he even offered to take it to Sunncamp for them to have a look at.........they said no!
I am a tent and caravan man, this thing has got me totally beaten!

Folding camper man, myself, so experience of these is pretty limited, I'm afraid.

I agree with Russ Boy - go and see Terry at Camping International and see what he can do.
I bought my sunncamp 400se from him and he was fantastic.

Terry's at the NEC all this week, I was with him on Wednesday, but definitely worth a word when he gets back.

If the local help fails, if you could take some photos of the separate "sections" of poles, or photos of the poles you have, then I and others (I am sure) will try to help identify which bits you have and don't have.

Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.

Feel nostalgic (probably the wrong word) for the trailer tent, but love the caravan. "Camping" all year round is fantastic.
