You know how the old Pennine fiesta 2+2s used to come with a wardrobe in and now they don't, well I thought it would be useful to try and fashion one/purchase one. Has anyone done this and if so how and what dimensions and materials did they use? Or what did they buy and from where to do? I want to put a wardrobe to go ontop of the drawer unit in mine. when I say put, literraly put it there, I know I will have to lay it on the floor when folding it away.
I also know there is one for £50 on ebay - but it is collection only and miles away from me.
you can have mine for £20 plus postage.its from a old conway cruiser. took it out as soon as i got the fc, now means i can pack the fridge before i go away without opening the unit up.
Hi Wongers, I would be interested in this. does it just sit on top of the cupboard? (I know probably a silly question). How can I personal message you and od you have any pics? Sam.
You could have mine, too!
But, being in Northern Ireland ... probably a bit too expensive/far for you.
I have the sliding mechanism as well.
We took ours off ... then I mosaic tiled the top of the cupboard, and now the extra fridge sits on top of it.
Also gives me a lot more storage space for when we are towing.
Sammymac, there isn't a PM facility on UKCS, but if you use the Contact Us button you can ask Admin to pass on your email address to Wongers, or Kelper.
(Or you could just put it in a post - the "at" symbol will be automatically changed to the word - and delete it once acknowledged by Wongers/Kelper)

I never realised the Fiesta 2+2 used to come with a wardrobe? mine was a 2004 and did not have one. How long ago was that and are you sure a cruiser one would fit?

It didn't as standard, it was an optional extra. I've only ever had a couple in, with wardrobes, both late nineties ones. I have a wardrobe in stock from a similarly aged Pullman. Same wardrobe, I believe. Probably too expensive to ship it over (and not sure how close colour would be, anyway) but happy to help with any measurements etc, if you need it.

Wardrobe fits a treat. have recovered it with vinyl wood effect and matches well. had camper out of hibernation, all inner tents and bedding etc back in now, just need it a little warmer.
