Last week, in windy Burnham, one of our poles was damaged. Thankfully it was still usable but as it's now bent in a couple of places it means it's weak so we'd like to replace it. Trigano no longer make the Randger model so I know it's useless asking them for parts, after ringing around a few places I googled '25mm awning poles' and found a compamy called tentawningclinic.co.uk.
I rang them but they are closed for the bank holiday. Browsing their site I discovered they manufacture poles and also sell various generic poles. So I'm hoping they can help us replace ours.

Has anyone had any experience with this company?

Hello there,
Yes we've used the Tent and Awning Clinic. We had a missing zipper pull from our underbed tent and some of the stitching had come away. Not only did they resew it and put a new zipper pull on but they did it on the spot and only charged me £5. We found the service very good and they knew what they were talking about.
